The General Assembly of all the founding members, ordinary and collaborators duly called and constituted, represents the highest authority in order of the government and direction of AACCDI.
The General Assembly will hold ordinary or extraordinary meetings.
The ordinary General Assembly will be held at least once a year, during the first quarter.
The extraordinary General Assembly will meet as many times as it is called by the Board of Directors or at the request of said Board of Directors, of at least ten percent of the ordinary members, expressing in the request the matter to be discussed in the Assembly.

The AACCDI General Assemblies, both ordinary and extraordinary, will be called fifteen days in advance by the President or another member of the Board of Directors designated for this purpose, by email addressed to ordinary partners and collaborators.
The call will express the place, day and time of the meeting as well as the issues to be discussed, and the date on which it will meet on second call.
The ordinary or extraordinary General Assembly will be validly constituted on first call when half plus one of the ordinary members are present or represented; in the second, which will take place with an interval of half an hour, with the assistance of the partners present.

The Board of Directors is the executive body of this Association and will exercise the representation, direction and administration of the same, corresponding to enforce the agreements approved by the General Assembly.
The Board of Directors shall be composed of at least a President, a Secretary General and a Treasurer, and may comprise one or more Vice Presidents, Deputy Secretaries, and a number of members that, added to the number of previous positions, shall not exceed fifteen of the total number of members. of the Board, nor be less than three.
The charges will be free.
In attention to AACCDI's scope of action, the Board of Directors may appoint, from among the ordinary partners or collaborators, one or more sector delegates and one or more advisory advisory committees or councils.

Purpose and Activities
AACCDI espouses the community of common destiny that reflects the term “global village”, and is committed to promoting relations between citizens and companies in all countries, without any restriction on the grounds of race or nationality, in the sincere search for a benefit mutual.
For these purposes, it is considered as a specific purpose of AACCDI to contribute to international socio-economic, cultural, sports, artistic and scientific exchanges between companies and citizens of the world, with special emphasis, on the one hand, on exchanges between the Kingdom of Spain. and the People's Republic of China, and on the other hand in the exchanges between China and the rest of Europe, South America, Africa and Asia.
