General Assembly

The General Assembly of all the founding members, ordinary and collaborators duly called and constituted, represents the highest authority in order of the government and direction of AACCDI.

The General Assembly will hold ordinary or extraordinary meetings.

The ordinary General Assembly will be held at least once a year, during the first quarter.

The extraordinary General Assembly will meet as many times as it is called by the Board of Directors or at the request of said Board of Directors, of at least ten percent of the ordinary members, expressing in the request the matter to be discussed in the Assembly.


Assembly constitution requirements

The AACCDI General Assemblies, both ordinary and extraordinary, will be called fifteen days in advance by the President or another member of the Board of Directors designated for this purpose, by email addressed to ordinary partners and collaborators.

The call will express the place, day and time of the meeting as well as the issues to be discussed, and the date on which it will meet on second call.

The ordinary or extraordinary General Assembly will be validly constituted on first call when half plus one of the ordinary members are present or represented; in the second, which will take place with an interval of half an hour, with the assistance of the partners present.

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is the executive body of this Association and will exercise the representation, direction and administration of the same, corresponding to enforce the agreements approved by the General Assembly.

The Board of Directors shall be composed of at least a President, a Secretary General and a Treasurer, and may comprise one or more Vice Presidents, Deputy Secretaries, and a number of members that, added to the number of previous positions, shall not exceed fifteen of the total number of members. of the Board, nor be less than three.

The charges will be free.

In attention to AACCDI's scope of action, the Board of Directors may appoint, from among the ordinary partners or collaborators, one or more sector delegates and one or more advisory advisory committees or councils.

The main departments


International - Legal - Secretary - Treasury


International department                                       


AACCDI will carry out work on a global scale, which requires extensive dialogue with partners to receive cooperative development and evaluation of international projects. The Department of International Affairs is an important hub for AACCDI to connect partners around the world. Commissioner, Southeast Asia and Arab Affairs Commissioner, East Asia Japan and South Korea Commissioner, North America Commissioner, South America Commissioner, Africa Commissioner. The Department of International Affairs is composed of the AACCDI chairman's appointments to form the committee's decision-making management, and the chairman serves as the top leader. 


Legal Department                                                       


  • Advice on contracting, service leasing contracts, construction, real estate rentals, buying and selling, suppliers, etc.
  • In the field of Commercial Law, we offer legal advice to all types of Companies and individual Entrepreneurs, advising on the creation of new companies with studies of the corporate form that best suits their needs, drafting of Statutes, as well as mergers, divisions, liquidation, diversification of companies, Management of bankruptcy.
  • Problems with consumers, competition rights and industrial property.
  • Management of follow-up of defaults, quantity claims, payment and exchange processes, debt business.
  • Drafting and supervision of all types of contracts, real estate and furniture rentals, merchanting, suppliers, commercial contracts, work execution, contractors, etc ...

General Secretary                                                     


The following functions correspond to the Secretary General:


  • Manage routine AACCDI work and recommend that the board of directors hire people who need work.
  • Keep and keep meeting records, member records, files, and other AACCDI related documents.
  • Write an annual report and read it at the conference.
  • Minutes of the general meeting and board meeting, signed and authorized to issue certificates.
  • In accordance with the regulations, the composition of the association's governing body, income, expenses and budgetary statements.
  • Responsible for coordinating the implementation of the AACCDI China project and reporting to the board of directors on the status and progress of implementation, as well as problems encountered.

Treasury                                                              


The following functions will correspond to the Treasurer:


  • Direct and supervise the treasury and monitor income and expenses.
  • Act, together with the President, regarding the economic interests of AACCDI and the management of its funds.
  • Inform the Board of Directors of the economic situation and of all matters related to the economic and financial management of AACCDI.
  • Present and submit to the ordinary General Assembly, annually, the balance of the fiscal year and the budget of income and expenses.


Purpose and Activities


AACCDI espouses the community of common destiny that reflects the term “global village”, and is committed to promoting relations between citizens and companies in all countries, without any restriction on the grounds of race or nationality, in the sincere search for a benefit mutual.


For these purposes, it is considered as a specific purpose of AACCDI to contribute to international socio-economic, cultural, sports, artistic and scientific exchanges between companies and citizens of the world, with special emphasis, on the one hand, on exchanges between the Kingdom of Spain. and the People's Republic of China, and on the other hand in the exchanges between China and the rest of Europe, South America, Africa and Asia.


For the fulfillment of its purposes, in China, Spain, or other countries, AACCDI will carry out, merely by way of example and not limitation, the following activities:


  • Help collaborating partners to implement their projects in China, and provide the necessary services for projects.
  • It helps Chinese companies to operate and establish themselves in the Spanish market and other countries. Develop and implement projects, provide the necessary services for projects.
  • Establish good channels of communication and cooperation, build an effective trading platform, and ensure its effective maintenance, ensuring the proper functioning of the platform.
  • Create an international supply and demand platform in China, and develop an effective service system.
  • Promote the exchange of experts, academics and professionals in various fields, for the prosperity of the economy.
  • Participate in the negotiation work of the project promoted by AACCDI.
  • g) Organization of forums, symposia, international meetings, commercial activities, and various tournaments, and festivals, exhibitions and cultural performances, art exhibitions and artistic shows, etc.
  • Help collaborating partners to find financing for projects to settle in China.
  • In general, everything that contributes to the promotion of the objectives of AACCDI.
